Sending an enquiry

At present, use our email link or the optional home brief. Your email app lets you review and send your message to [email protected]. The direct online form is not enabled yet; the following describes how it works when available.

When enabled, the enquiry form asks for your name, email, suburb and message, with an optional phone number. When you select “Send my enquiry”, these details pass through our website hosting and are sent through Spacemail to [email protected] so we can respond and discuss your project. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing.

The website does not maintain a database of your enquiry text. A random submission reference, a digest of the submitted data and its delivery status are kept for up to 25 hours to reduce duplicate emails. Messages in our mailbox and any subsequent project records are retained as needed to respond, manage the work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to discuss deletion; this notice does not promise automatic deletion from email providers or backups.

Your optional home brief

The brief builder prepares text in your browser. Creating, copying or downloading a brief does not send an enquiry. Opening its email link hands the text to your email app, where you review and send it. We do not send brief answers to analytics.

Hosting and service providers

The website runs on Oracle Cloud infrastructure in Melbourne and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Our email service is Spacemail. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security events, including on infrastructure outside Australia. Their processing and retention are governed by their services and policies.

Cloudflare Web Analytics was present on the public site when this notice was prepared. It measures website usage and performance. Browser privacy preferences used by our optional analytics do not disable Cloudflare or hosting security logs.

Optional Google Analytics

We use the existing UKEI Google Analytics 4 property only after you select “Allow analytics”. Before that choice, this integration does not load Google's analytics tag or send analytics events. You can choose “No thanks”, or change your choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences keep this integration off.

After you agree, Google receives public page addresses, page titles, a limited set of recognised search or social referral domains, and technical information used for usage statistics, such as browser/device information and analytics cookie identifiers. We configure analytics cookies as session cookies; browser session restoration can affect when a browser removes them. Your separate analytics choice is stored in this browser until changed or cleared. Google may process information outside Australia under its service policies.

Our custom events use canonical page addresses without query strings or fragments. To reduce accidental collection by automatic measurement, this integration does not load Google Analytics on pages whose URL has a query string or an unknown fragment. The existing Google Analytics enhanced measurement setting remains enabled and can also collect scrolls, outbound link destinations, form identifiers/destinations, video interactions and download metadata. The home brief keeps visitor-written text out of its visible email-link destination; only your email app receives that text when you choose to open it. It does not send enquiry answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or account User IDs. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this integration, and advertising consent remains denied. The website does not use session replay, Measurement Protocol secrets or AI uploads.

Email and phone link clicks indicate an intention to contact us, not a completed email, call or successful lead. A future “enquiry accepted” event can only follow acknowledgement by the website's email service; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Turning analytics off stops our subsequent events and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. It does not delete information already received by Google or control Cloudflare's separate processing.

Please do not enter passwords, access codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Device brands and model names are enough to start; a suburb is sufficient for an initial enquiry.
